Our Services for Students
We have helped students from various countries such as Nigeria, Croatia, Guyana and Cuba to come and study in one of Canada's reputable high schools (secondary schools) or post secondary institutions.
We provide a number of services to students seeking to study in Canada. Some of these services include:
1. School Admissions
We are trusted agents for several Canadian educational institutions. We help students to apply for and gain admissions into Canadian high schools (secondary schools), Canadian colleges and Canadian universities.
2. Visa Services
We assist you in the entire Visa process like preparing application forms, letting you know the documentation that is required by the Canadian Embassy and reviewing the documents to make sure they would meet Canadian visa requirements.
We also prepare written submissions letter for each client. The written submissions letter is to demonstrate to the Immigration Officer how you meet Canadian immigration law and why your visa application should be approved. This written submissions letter is attached to your application package. If you are called for interview, our Canadian immigration lawyers will also prepare you using mock interviews.
We communicate with Canadian Embassies regularly. As a result, we are always up to date on the latest Visa rules and documentation and have a very high success rate. One of our law firm's partners was given an Award by Canada's Deputy Minister for Department of Citizenship and Immigration for his valuable contributions to the work of the department.
3. Federal Court
If you are refused a study visa by the Canadian Embassy, we will consider challenging the decision at the Federal Court. We would make legal arguments to the Court to show the errors made by the Canadian Embassy. Only a Canadian Immigration Lawyer can appear on your behalf at the Federal Court and challenge a study visa refusal.
4. Accommodation & Custodian Services
When you arrive in Canada to study, we will pick you up at the airport. Also, we help our students to secure accommodation at a fair and reasonable cost.
The accommodation services cover
- a furnished room
- three meals a day,
- heat during the winter,
- clean water
- study chair and table

If your child is under 18, the law says that your child requires a Custodian in Canada. A Custodian is someone who looks after your child in Canada. We arrange Custodian services for your child to ensure your child gets the supervision necessary to succeed in school. Custodians also ensures that your child gets proper care in case of emergencies. Also, we will sign the necessary legal papers for the Custodian services for your child.
